What we do with your photo and your answers.
Photo handling
Your photo is used to produce general skincare observations. During a normal session it stays in your browser and is sent only to the analysis service. It is stored with your account only if you sign in and choose to save a plan. You can remove a saved photo or delete your account data at any time.
Processing and retention
Analysis runs on Skinli's AI service to create your guidance. Photos are not used to improve or train the system unless a future, separate consent choice says so explicitly. Saved photos stay tied to your account until you delete your saved data.
What Skinli does not do
Skinli does not use your photo to identify you, estimate sensitive traits, or diagnose a condition. It is not a dermatologist and not a medical service.
Your controls
If a photo cannot be analyzed, it is discarded and you can retake it. Signed-in users can review routine history and delete all saved data from the dashboard. Photos used in a session where you never sign in are not added to any account.
